MASSAGE
Mel, our massage therapist has been in the industry for almost 18 years, perfecting her technique in order to give you a whole mind and body experience. Offering her aromatherapy massage, using relaxing pressure and essential oils to refresh and relax the whole body. A fusion massage consisting of different techniques, such as reflexology and pressure point treatment, with a firmer touch all over the body. She also offers a 30 minute express massage for those in need of relaxation who don’t have the time.

The pilates reformer coaches specialised in sports science and physical education and sports science. They will always take health issues or injuries into account and can offer personalised modifications. Whether you are more comfortable in a group setting or prefer an individual class we provide both.

I’ve always believed that a healthy and balanced diet is essential in keeping current and future generations healthy and long living.
Good nutrition can prevent serious health problems such as heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. It can also enhance muscle growth and strengthens bones, help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight, keep skin, eyes, teeth and hair healthy, boost immunity etc.
That’s why I chose to study Nutrition and Dietetics in European University from 2016-2020. For the last year I’ve been studying for my master’s degree at Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.
