Our Services

Here at Balanced Body we provide a range of services to help rehabilitate you towards, and to maintain a higher quality of life. Our team is composed of physiotherapists, functional trainers, massage therapists and pilates reformer coaches. In order to achieve the best outcome of treatment we use a multidisciplinary approach. Each treatment variation consists of a 50-60 minutes to ensure receive a personalised and effective session.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Our Studio

Take a virtual tour of our studio, we have one functional training room with a selection of different equipment suited to your fitness goals, we have a pilates reformer studio with multiple reformers to be used in personal or group classes, a private massage room equipped with a shower, a psychology room, a nutrition room and a physiotherapy.
